苯磺酸氨氯地平合并卡托普利治疗老年高血压病152例疗效观察

目的:观察苯磺酸氨氯地平合并卡托普利治疗老年高血压病临床疗效.方法:152 例老年性高血压患者根据性别随机分成两组,A 组:苯磺酸氨氯地平合并卡托普利老年患者76 例;B 组:单用卡托普利老年患者76 例.观察降压效果、心率、血糖、血脂、肝功能的影响.结果:A 组显效56 例,有效15 例,无效5 例,总有效率93.42%.B 组显效49 例,有效15 例,无效12 例,总有效率84.21%.两组比较有差异性.结果:苯磺酸氨氯地平合并卡托普利对老年性高血压降压效果明显,同时对心率、血糖、血脂、肝功能无明显改变,是治疗老年性高血压适宜用药.

Objeetive：To observe the combined amlodipine besylate captopril treatment of elderly hypertension clinical efficacy. Methods： 152 patients with senile hypertension were randomly divided into two groups according to gender, A Group： Amlodipine combined with captopril in elderly patients with 76 eases; B Group： Single with captopril in elderly patients 76 Li. Observed reduction in blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar, blood lipids, liver function. Results： A group of 56 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, ineffective in 5 cases. The total effective rate 93.42%. B group of 49 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, total effective rate was 84.21%. There are differences in the two groups, two groups of elderly hypertensive heart rate after ueatment, blood glucose, blood lipids, liver function. Cortelusions： Amlodipine combined antihypertensive effect of eaptopril in elderly hypertensive effect significantly, while heart rate, blood sugar, blood lipids, liver function and no signifieant change; it is suitable for treatment of elderly hypertensive medication.
