摘 要: | 目的 研究紫藤瘤(Wisteria sinensis Sweet Caulis)化学成分.方法 紫藤瘤(15 kg)95%乙醇渗漉液的石油醚萃取部位,经过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等多种材料进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术进行结构鉴定.结果 从95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为蒲公英赛醇(1),蒲公英赛酮(2),木栓酮(3),表木栓醇(4),β-谷甾醇(5),β-胡萝卜苷(6).结论 化合物1~6均为首次从该种中分得.

Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of Wisteria sinensis Sweet Caulis.Methods The petroleum ether section from 95% ethanol extraction of Wisteria sinensis Sweet Caulis were separated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatogra-phy,respectively.Their structures were elucidated by using spectroscopic analysis.Results Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether section of 95% ethanol extraction of Wisteria sinensis Sweet Caulis.They were identified as taraxerol(1),Taraxerone(2),Friedelin(3),epifriedelanol(4),β-sitosterol(5),and β-daucosterol(6).Conclusion Compounds 1~6 have been isolated from the plant for the first time. |
