阿立哌唑与奥氮平、利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的:探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应.方法:将90 例精神分裂症患者随机分为三组,每组各30 例,分别给予阿立哌唑、奥氮平、利培酮治疗8 周.采用PANSS 评定疗效,用TESS 评定不良反应.结果:治疗结束时,三组PANSS 评分较入组时均显著减低(P＜0.01),三组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).三组间疗效无显著性差异(P＞0.05).阿立哌唑组较奥氮平组、利培酮组不良反应少(P＜0.01).结论:阿立哌唑是一种有效、安全的新型非典型抗精神病药.

Contrast Study of Treating Schizophrenia by Aripiprazole ,Olanzapine and Risperidone

Objective：To explore Aripiprazole treatment on schizophrenia and the side effects. Methods：Total 90 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into 3 groups, treated with Aripiprazole, Olanzapine and Risperidone for 8weeks. Use PANSS to evaluate the efficacy, TESS to evaluate the adverse reaction. Results：At the end of treatment, three groups＇ PANSS score in the group,were significantly reduced （P〈0.01）,There is no significant difference in the three groups （P〉0.05）. There is no significant difference in the three groups （P〉0.05）.Contrast to Olanzaplne and Risperidone, Aripiprazole has less side reactions （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Domestic Aripiprazole is an effective, safe drug, as a new atypical antipsychotics to treat schizophrenia.
