| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阿奇霉素静脉滴注所致严重不良反应的特点,指导临床安全用药.方法:报告该院3例静脉滴注阿奇霉素致严重不良反应.结果:2例致过敏性休克,1例致尖端扭转型室速.结论:合理使用阿奇霉素,减少严重不良反应的发生,及时抢救,减少医疗纠纷.

| Abstract: | Objective：Discussion on serious adverse reactions induced by intravenous infusion of azithromycin feature guide clinical drug safety. Methods：Report of the 3 cases of severe adverse reactions induced by intravenous infusion of azithromycin.Resuhs：2 eases of anaphylactic shock, 1 case of Torsades de pointes ventrieular tachycardia induced by.Conclusion：Fair use of azithromycin, reduce the incidence of serious adverse reactions, rescue in a timely manner, to reduce medical disputes. |
