宫腔镜联合超声检查在不孕症妇女中的应用

目的:探讨宫腔镜联合超声检查诊断不孕症患者子宫内异常的临床价值。方法:对接受超声及宫腔镜检查的182例不孕症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:182例不孕症患者B超检查发现子宫内异常88例,宫腔镜检查发现子宫内异常150例,两者差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。子宫内膜息肉、子宫颈管病变、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜炎、子宫腔粘连、子宫畸形为常见不孕症妇女子宫内病变。结论:宫腔镜检查具有良好的可接受性和准确性,有较高的阳性发现率,联合B超检查可及时、准确发现不孕症患者的子宫内病变。

Hysteroscopy combined with ultrasonography for diagnosis of intrauterine abnormality in infertility women

Objective:To assess the clinical value of hysteroscopy and ultrasonography in diagnosing the intrauterine abnormality in infertility women. Methods:The clinical data of 182 infertility women who had accepted hysteroscopy and ultrasound examination were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Intrauterine abnormality was detected in 88 of the cases by ultrasonography and 150 cases by hysteroscopy.There was significant difference between the two methods(P<0.01).The common intrauterine abnormalities included endometrium polyp,cervical diseases,myoma,endometritis,uterine cavity adhesion and malformation of uterus. Conclusions:Hysteroscopy which is well acceptable and accurate is highly effective in detecting the intrauterine abnormality in infertility women when combined with ultrasonography.
