claudin-1在胆囊癌中的表达及意义

目的:检测claudin-1蛋白在原发性胆囊癌中的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的可能关系。方法:收集胆囊癌标本47例、胆囊腺瘤18例、慢性胆囊炎15例。应用免疫组织化学方法检测claudin-1蛋白的表达情况,同时收集胆囊癌患者的临床病理资料,并分析结果。结果:在胆囊癌、胆囊腺瘤及慢性胆囊炎组织中claudin-1的阳性表达率分别为89.4%、27.8%和26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),胆囊腺瘤组与胆囊炎组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。胆囊癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的组织学类型间claudin-1表达差异均无明显不同(P0.05)。病理Ⅱ～Ⅲ级标本中claudin-1表达高于Ⅰ级(P0.01),Nevin分期Ⅳ～Ⅴ期中表达高于Ⅰ～Ⅲ期(P0.05),有转移者高于无转移者(P0.05)。结论:claudin-1在胆囊癌的发生、侵袭及转移机制中发挥重要作用。

Expression of claudin-1 in gallbladder carcinoma and its significance

Objective:To investigate the expression of claudin-1 protein in gallbladder carcinoma and analyze its possible relationship with clinicopathological characters.Methods:The expression of claudin-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 47 cases of primary gallbladder carcinoma,18 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 15 cases of chronic cholecystitis.The results were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of claudin-1 in primary gallbladder carcinoma,gallbladder adenoma and chronic cholecystitis were 89.4%,27.8% and 26.7%,respectively.There was significant difference among all the groups of gallbladder carcinoma and gallbladder adenoma or gallbladder cholecystitis(P<0.01),but no statistics significance between group in gallbladder adenoma and gallbladder cholecystitis(P>0.05).The expression of claudin-1 in gallbladder carcinoma had no significant with patient′s age,gender,and histologic type of carcinoma(P>0.05).The level of claudin-1 expression was higher in pathological grade(Ⅱ-Ⅲ) group than that in pathological grade Ⅰ group(P<0.05).The level of its expression was significantly higher in Nevin stage(Ⅳ-Ⅴ) group than that in Nevin stage(Ⅰ-Ⅲ) group(P<0.01),and higher in lymph node or distant metastasis group than in non-metastasis group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression of claudin-1 in gallbladder carcinoma can provide tips of the biological behavior of gallbladder carcinoma cells.
