盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎的临床研究

目的:观察盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎的临床疗效.方法:60例患者(60眼)随机分为观察组和对照组各30例(30眼).观察组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗,对照组给予洛美沙星滴眼液治疗.治疗一周时,分别观察两组患者结膜充血情况、眼部分泌物、患者主观感受.结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组治疗后,结膜充血情况、眼部分泌物、患者主观感受均较治疗前有明显改善,治疗一周时,观察组结膜充血、眼部分泌物、患者主观感受改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性结膜炎效果显著,患者依从性好.

Observation on effect of levofloxacin eye drop in treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis

Objective： To observe the efficacy of levofloxacin eye drop in treating hypertension.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 eases of each. The observation group was treated with levofloxacin eye drop, while the control group was treated with lomenoxacin eye drop.Both groups were treated for 1 week. Observed the change of clinical signs and manifestations between the 2 groups and the bacteria] culture.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3% higher than 86.7% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.OS）.Mter treatment,the chnica] findings of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating bacterial conjunctivitis with levofloxaein eye drop has good efficacy, safety and compliance,which is an ideal treatment method.
