摘    要:目的:探讨案例教学法在内科学教学中的应用效果。方法:将2009级临床医学本科班作为观察组,2008级临床医学本科班作为对照组;观察组采取案例教学法,对照组采取传统教学法。以课堂教学质量和课程考试成绩作为评价指标,比较2组的教学效果。结果:观察组成绩优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:案例教学法教学很好地提高了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生创新、探索学习的能力,也活跃了课堂教学气氛。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of case method in internal medicine instruction. Methods:The 2008 and 2009 clinical undergraduate classes in our college were divided into control group and experimental group.Case teaching method was applied to the experimental group,and the control group received the traditional approach.The quality of classroom teaching and curriculum test scores were taken as the evaluation index. Results:The curriculum test score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusions:Case method may efficiently increase the students′ interest in learning,cultivate their innovation ability and vivify the classroom atmosphere.
