摘    要:目的通过比较临床上常用的4种品牌的热压膜材料的吸水量,评价其性能在口腔环境下的稳定性。方法选择Erkodur、Biolon、DR和Scheu 4种压膜片,厚度均为1.0 mm。测试并比较4种材料在模拟口腔环境下3周内的吸水量。比较不同品牌热压膜材料吸水量的差异。结果 4种品牌热压膜材料的吸水量随着时间的增加而升高,在最初48h,材料的吸水速度较快,2周后吸水基本饱和。Scheu的吸水量最大(8.78 mg/g),Erkodur最低(8.03mg/g)。浸泡1d后,4种材料的吸水量没有明显差别(P0.05);2周后,Erkodur的吸水量显著低于Scheu和DR(P0.05)。结论 Erkodur膜片具有较低的吸水量,水分对Erkodur膜片性能的影响相对较小。

Abstract:Objective To compare the water absorption of different dental thermoplastic products under simulated intraoral environments and evaluate the stability of the products.Methods The water absorption of four commercialized thermoplastic products(Erkodur,Biolon,DR,and Scheu) were tested for 3 weeks under simulated intraoral environments.Comparisons of water absorption rates after 24 and 336 h were made using an analysis of one-way ANOVA and Scheffe′s multiple comparison test.Results The water absorption of all products increased with time.In the first 48 h of immersion,the rate of water absorption was rather fast,followed by a relatively slow stage,and after 2 weeks,most of the materials reached a plateau of water absorption.Scheu showed the highest water absorption(8.78 mg/g)after 336 h,and Erkodur had the lowest water absorption(8.03 mg/g).There were no significant differences among these materials at 24 h after the beginning of water absorption.However,significant differences were observed between Erkodur and Scheu or DR(P<0.05).Conclusion Water has little influence on the mechanical properties of Erkodur as compared to other materials because of the lowest water absorption.
