| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方硝酸异山梨酯胶囊中硝酸异山梨酯的含量.方法:采用美国Agilent高效液相色谱仪,用十八烷基硅烷健合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-水(54∶46)为流动相,流速每分钟1ml,柱温30℃,检测波长为230nm,结果:硝酸异山梨酯在10.14～182.5μg·ml-1范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9998.平均回收率为100.6%.结论:本法可准确测定复方硝酸异山梨酯胶囊中硝酸异山梨酯的含量,适用于产品的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective：to establish a measure to determine the content of isosorbide dinitrate in compound isosorbide dinitrate capsule by HPLC. Method：US Agilent HPLC is used and 18 alkyl silane kin alloy silica gel is used as the filler, methanol and water（54：46） used as the mobile phase whose flow velocity is lml/min, test wavelength 230nm and column temperature 30~C. Result：the content of isosorbide dinitrate within the range of 10.14~182.51xg＇m1-1 shows a good linearity,r=0.9998 and its recovery is 100.6%. Conclusion： This method can be used as a measure to determine the exact content of isosorbide dinitrate in compound isosorbide dinitrate capsule and as a control over product quality as well. |
