| 摘 要： | 目的 检测p16、p53突变蛋白在胃癌、异型增生和肠上皮化生病变中的表达，以探讨抑癌基因与胃癌发生的关系和在胃癌早期诊断中的价值。方法 免疫组化(SP)法。结果 p16蛋白在胃癌、异型增生和肠上皮化生的表达呈递增趋势；p53蛋白的表达则呈递减趋势。结论 p16蛋白的缺乏和p53蛋白的突变与细胞异型性和生物学行为改变有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relationship between suppressive gense and the genesis of gastric car-cinoma and the value of suppressive genes in early diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.Through detecting the expres-sion of p16protein and p53Protein of carcinoma,displasia and intestinal metaplasia of stomach,Methods Im-munohistochemistry SP method was used.Results The expression of p16protein on carcinoma,displasia and intesinal meteplasia of stomch increased in sequence,while the expression of p53protein decreased.Conclusion The lack of p16 protein and mutation of p53protein have everything to do with cellular atypia and its biologic be-havior. |
