| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素的相关性。方法对26例2型糖尿病肾病变患者红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率、红细胞免疫黏附促进率及红细胞免疫黏附抑制率进行了检测,同时测定了患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和胰岛素水平,并与21例健康者进行了对比分析。结果 2型糖尿病肾病患者RBC-C3bRR及免疫黏附促进率降低,与FPG、HbA1c及In呈负相关;RBC-ICR增高,与FPG、HbA1c及呈正相关;免疫黏附抑制率及增高与FPG及HbA1c呈正相关,而与胰岛素无相关性。结论 2型糖尿病肾病患者红细胞免疫功能处于低下是导致2型糖尿病肾病重要因素,与血糖控制不佳有关。
