黄曲霉毒素B_1致肝癌作用短期体内实验模型的酶表型研究

摘    要:观察了 GGT、ATPase、G6Pase 在 AFB_1致大鼠肝癌短期体内实验模型中 AHF 和结节内的表达情况。结果显示,在 AHF 和结节内以 GGT、ATPase 组合表型的灶数及灶面积发生率最高,分别为48. 95%和61. 44%。单独 G6Pase 者最低,分别为0. 2%及0. 38%。各单项酶变异灶中,GGT 阳性表达而 ATPase 及 G6Pase 阴性表达的百分率分别为73. 22%、78. 64%及5. 12%。而 GGT 或(和) ATPase 发生率高达99. 80%。提示,应用 GGT和 ATPase 二种酶几乎可以完全反映本实验模型中 AHF 和结节发生情况,而 G6Pase 在本模型中应用价值不大。

Abstract:This research observed the conditions of expression among three enzymes,GGT,ATPase and G6Pase,on the aflatoxion B_1(AFB_1) -induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rats,useing the short term in vivo experimental model.The results showed that in the AHF and nodules the ex-pression incidences of loci and foci area to GGT.ATPase type-composed were highest,comprising 48. 95%and 61. 44% respectively.But those of G6Pase was lowest,with only 0. 2% and 0. 38% respectively.For each enzyme-altered,foci the expression incidence of GGT or (and) ATPase amounted to 99. 80% but GGT-positive was 73. 22%,ATPase-negative was 78. 90% and C6Pase-negative was 5. 12%.The results demonstrated that using GGT and ATPase reflected al-most all the liver cell-altered loci in the experiment model,whereas the practical value of using G6Pase was insignificant.
