高容量血液滤过对MODS患者炎症介质的作用分析

目的观察高容量血液滤过对多器官功能障碍综合症（multiple organ dysfunction syndrome，MODS）患者细胞因子及Logistic器官功能障碍评分（Logistic organ dysfunction system，LODS）的影响，探讨高容量血液滤过对MODS患者的治疗作用。方法27例行高容量血液滤过治疗的MODS患者为研究对象，比较它们治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平和LODS评分的变化。结果高容量血液滤过治疗后的MODS患者细胞因子TNF—α、IL-6、IL-8水平及LODS评分与治疗前比较明显降低（t=12．37，14．55，10．20，13．43，P〈0．05）。结论高容量血液滤过能降低MODS患者炎症介质水平，降低MODS患者LODS评分，改善MODS患者的预后。

Effects of High-Volume Hemofiltration on Inflammatory Mediator in Patients with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome

Objective To observe the effects of high-volume hemofiltration（HVHF） on the cytokines and Logistic organ dysfunction system（LODS） in the patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS） and to investigate the therapeutic action of HVHF for MODS. Methods The levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 and the LODS scores in the patients with MODS undergoing HVHF were measured before and after HVHF respectively. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 and the LODS scores in the patients with MODS decreased after HVHF（t = 12.37,14.55,10.20,13.43,respectively,P〈0.05）. Conclusion HVHF could decrease the levels of inflammatory mediator and the LODS scores in the patients with MODS, and improve their survival rate.
