摘    要:目的:对10批不同栀子中栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷的含量进行测定并比较.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15:85),流速为1.0 mL· min^-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为238nm,同时检测2个主要成分(栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷)的含量.结果:江西早期栀子中京尼平龙胆双糖苷含量较高,四川晚期栀子中栀子苷含量较高.结论:不同产地栀子中两种环烯醚萜类化合物的含量有明显差别,说明栀子果实的生长地点、采摘时间对其中的栀子苷、京尼平龙胆双糖苷含量有较大影响.

Abstract:Objective:To measure the contents of Gardenoside and genipin gentiobioside in ten different batches of Gardenia Jasmi- noides. Methods. The method is to adopt Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column (4.6mm ×250mm,5μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile (15 : 85),column temperature: 25℃ ,measurement wavelength1238nm. At the same time, it is also to detect two main component contents (Gardenoside and genipin gentiobioside). Results : The contents of genipin gentiobioside in early Gardenia Jasmi- noides of Jiangxi province are higher, and the contents of Gardenoside in late Gardenia Jasminoides of Sichuan province are higher. Conclusion:The component contents of Iridoid Glycoside compound are clearly different in Gardenia jasminoides from different places of origin.
