麦冬多糖提取工艺优选研究

摘    要:目的:优选麦冬多糖的提取工艺.方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以麦冬多糖含量为指标,以加液量、提取时间、提取次数、醇沉浓度为考察因素,采用正交试验优化多糖的提取工艺.结果:麦冬多糖提取的最优工艺条件是:加药材10倍量水,提取3次,每次60min,醇沉浓度90%,麦冬多糖提取率为18.18%.结论:优选的工艺合理、可行,多糖提取率高,可用于麦冬多糖的提取.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide in Ophiopogon Japonicus. Methods: Using the method of UV speetrophotometry,Ophiopogon polysaccharide yield as index, add fluid volume, extraction times and alcohol concentration as factors of investigation, orthogonal test was a method to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide in Ophiopogon Japonicus are that adding 10 times amount of water, extracting for 3 times, 60min each time,alcohol precipitation concentrations were 90 %. Under the optimal process conditions, the content of polysaccharide were 18. 18 ;Conclusion: This optimization process is reasonable and feasible, polysaccharide extraction rate is high, can be used in Ophiopogon polysaccharide extraction.
