生脉注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床疗效观察

目的：观察生脉注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效.方法：选取256例小儿秋季腹泻患儿作为研究对象,依照编号数字不同,随机分为观察组和对照组各128例.对照组口服蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上静脉滴注生脉注射液治疗,对比两组的治疗效果.结果：经过治疗,观察组患儿显效54例,有效67例,无效7例,总有效率为94.53％,显著高于对照组的86.72％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患几腹泻控制时间、脱水症状改善时间、平均住院时间均显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：生脉注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿秋季腹泻可快速缓解症状,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用.

Efficacy of Shengmai Injection Combined Smectite Powder in the Treatment of Infant Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective：To observe the efficacy of shengmai injection combined smeetite powder in the treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis. Methods：256 children with infant rotavirus enteritis were as research subjects. In accordance with different figures, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 128 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given oral smectite powder, patients in the observation group were given shengmai injection on the basis of treatment in the control group. The effect in the two groups were compared. Results：There was 54 children with markedly effective in the observation group 67 children with effective, 7 children with inefficient,the rate of total efficiency was 94.53 %. It was better than 86.72 % in the control group, there was statistically significant（Х^2 = 4.598, P = 0. 032〈0. 05）. Iarrhea control time, improve symptoms of dehydration time, the av- erage length of hospital stay in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,there was statistically significant （P dO. 05）. Collclusioll： Shengmai injection combined smectite powder in the treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis relief the symp toms quickly,and shorter the average length of hospital stay. There is important clinical value.
