缺血性脑卒中二级预防的血压调控现状与策略

缺血性脑卒中(IS)以高复发率、高死亡率和高致残率为特点,严重危害着人类的健康及生命,而且近年来有年轻化趋势。血压过高或过低都是脑卒中发生的高危但可干预的因素。首次发病后要尽早开展二级预防。二级预防是针对首次或多次脑卒中的患者,治疗可逆性病因,纠正可干预的危险因素,从而降低再卒中的风险,以期挽救生命及预防残疾。血压调控在IS二级预防中具有重要意义,血压长期处于高或低水平均可致血流动力学的改变,从而引起脑卒中的再发。该文就目前IS二级预防中高血压调控的策略及现状予以综述。

Current Status and Strategies of Blood Pressure Regulation in Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Stroke

Ischemic stroke（IS） is characterized by high rate of recurrence,mortality and disability,which seriously endanger human health and life,and IS patients has been getting younger and younger in recent years.Both of high blood pressure and low blood pressure are high risk factors which can be intervened.Secondary prevention is necessary for the first onset of stroke.Secondary prevention is the therapy for stroke patients of first onset or multiple onset,including the treatment of reversible etiology,corrective intervention of risk factors,thereby to reduce the risk of recurrence,save lives and prevent disabilities.Blood pressure regulation plays important role in the secondary prevention,high blood pressure and low blood pressure for long term can both lead to the change of hemodynamics,which causes the recurrence of stroke.Here is to make a review of the hypertension control strategy and status in the secondary prevention of IS.
