| 摘 要： | 肺动脉高压(PAH)的发展导致患者右心室功能减退,右心功能失代偿和衰竭是PAH患者最常见死因。与右心室相关的血流动力学、结构、功能参数已被证实对于PAH患者的预后判断具有重要临床价值。心脏磁共振成像具有可重复性、准确、易于操作、无创性、无放射线的特点,能敏感、准确地定量反映PAH患者的右心室功能,可能成为临床无创评估PAH患者右心室功能及判断预后的重要手段。

| Abstract: | The development of pulmonary arterial hypertension（PAH） can lead to right ventricular dysfunction.Right heart dysfunction and failure is the most common cause of death in PAH patients.Parameters of hemodynamics,structure,and function related to right ventricle have been demonstrated to have important clinical value in the prognosis of patients with PAH.Cardiac Magnetic Resonance（CMR） imaging has the characteristics of replicability,high accuracy,easily operated,noninvasiveness and non-radioactivity,which can quantitatively reflect the function of right ventricular sensitively and accurately,thus to become an important method for the clinical noninvasive assessment of right ventricular function in patients with PAH as well as the prognosis. |
