| 摘 要： | 贫血是慢性肾功能不全(CRI)的常见并发症,可促成左心室肥厚(LVH),继而导致缺血性心肌病、充血性心力衰竭等心血管疾病。绝大多数患者在开始透析前就存在LVH,治疗贫血能显著降低CRI患者的总病死率和心血管病死率。应用促红细胞生成素能够有效纠正贫血,通过早期干预贫血能够有助于逆转患者左心室肥厚,有利于延缓肾衰竭的发展进程,国内外多项研究已经对此进行了多方面证明。

| Abstract: | Anemia is one of the most common complications of chronic renal insufficiency（CRI）,which can lead to left ventricular hypertrophy （LVH）,then cardiovascular diseases such as ischemic cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure.Most patients have LVH before dialysis.Treating anemia can greatly lower total death rate and cardiovascular death rate of patients with CRI.Application of hemopoietin can effectively correct anemia.Through early intervention of anemia,we can reverse LVH and put off progression of kidney failure.There are already some clinical studies home and abroad confirming that from many aspects. |
