甲地孕酮在恶性肿瘤放疗中保护作用的临床研究

目的：研究和评价国产甲地孕酮在恶性肿瘤放疗中的保护作用。方法：确诊的恶性肿瘤57例患者随机分为观察组28例和对照组29例。对照组给予常规放疗，观察组给予常规放疗＋甲地孕酮，放疗方案同对照组。甲地孕酮给予160mg口服，1次／d，使用至放疗结束后再减量停药。结果：与对照组相比，观察组的生存质量明显提高，两者问差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的近期疗效高于对照组，两组的有效率分别是32．1％和27．6％，但两组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组白细胞下降的发生率为21．4％低于对照组的发生率（51．7％），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：国产甲地孕酮对接受放疗的恶性肿瘤患者在提高生活质量、保护骨髓等方面有明显作用，提高了患者放疗耐受性，其不良反应较少。

Clinical research on protective effect of megestrol acetate in radiotherapy of malignant neoplasms

Objective:To study and evaluate clinical effect and adverse reactions of home-made megestrol acetate used in radiotherapy of malignant tumors.Methods:Fifty-seven tumor patients were randomly divided into an observation of 28 ones and a control group of 29 patients.Routine radiotherapy was given to the control group and radiotherapy plus home-made megestrol acetate(160mg/d),given to the observation group.The programs of radiotherapy for the groups were identical.Results:The observation group excelled significantly control group in quality of life,and there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The response rate of therapy was 32.1% and 27.6% for patients in observation group and control group(P>0.05).The incidence rate of WBC descent was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Home-made megestrol acetate is an effective and safe drug in improving the quality of life and protecting marrow of patients with malignant neoplasms treated with radiotherapy, and its adverse reactions are mild.
