脉图检测曲唑酮和阿米替林对心脏的影响

目的 分析曲唑酮和阿米替林用药前后血流参数变化特征,评价两药对心脏的影响,指导临床用药。方法 采用血液循环动力学脉图检测仪检测随机分组的曲唑酮和阿米替林用药前后的血流动力学参数,观察项目:心率(HR)、有效循环血量(ECV)、能量转换指数(MEC)、左室机械效率(LME)、心肌缺血阈值(MIT)、心肌耗氧量(MVO)。结果 阿米替林组1周末即出现MIT改变,2周末各参数均出现明显差异(P<0.0s),四周末ECV、LME、MVO的改变更为明显(P<0.001)。而曲唑酮组除LME在第4周末出现变化外(P<0.05),其余各血流参数未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 曲唑酮对心脏影响小,而阿米替林对心脏有明显的影响,表现为心率加快,有效循环血容量降低,心肌耗氧量明显增加,心肌供血障碍,左室效能降低。同时,用药时间越长,剂量越大,对心脏的影响越明显。

The impact of amitriptyline and trazodone on heart detected by sphygmogram

Objectives: To evaluate the changing of blood circulation indexs, before and after treatment of amitriptyline and trazodone. Method: Heart Rate (HR), Effective Circulatory Volume (ECV), Myocardium Energy Rechange Constant (MEC), Left-Ventricular Mechanic Coefficient (LME), Myocardium Ischemic Threshold (MTT) and Myocardium Consume Volume Oxygen (MVO) were measured before and after treatment. Results: MTT was changed in amitriptyline group after a week, all blooding indexs were significantly different from trazodone group, after two weeks (P<0. 05), and ECV, LME and MVO were significantly different after four weeks (P<0. 001). Then all indexs weren't different in four weeks exept LME (P>0. 05). Conclusion: Amitriptyline had significant effect on heart compared with trazodone
