| 摘 要： | 为研究肺表面活性剂（ＰＳ）对氧通透的影响，作者用极谱仪分别测量氧通过生理盐水、二棕榈酰卵磷脂（ＤＰＰＣ）悬浮液、兔的支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬ）的还原电流与时间的关系。结果得到ＢＡＬ中的氧浓度比在生理盐水中的高，而ＤＰＰＣ悬浮液中的氧浓度比在生理盐水中的低。这说明ＢＡＬ中含有ＰＳ的某种成份，它有利于氧的通透，而ＤＰＰＣ不利于氧的通透。

| Abstract: | In order to study the effect of PS on the penetration of oxygen,we measured the time-dependent oxygen waveby polarography in physiolgical saline,DPPC suspension and rabbit broncho-alveolar lavages(BAL) relatively.The result is that the concentration of oxygen in BAL is higher than that in saline.and the concentration of oxygenin saline is higher than that in DPPC suspension .This result suggest that BAL which contains PS,promotes thepenetration of oxygen.But DPPC hinders this process. |
