前列腺支架在前列腺增生中的应用

检索Pubmed数据库和国外全文期刊数据库关于前列腺支架应用的文献，探讨前列腺支架在良性前列腺增生中的应用。结果表明经尿道前列腺电切仍然是前列腺增生治疗的金标准，但手术并发症多，前列腺支架已被广泛证明是安全、有效的用于治疗前列腺增生的理想方法之一。与传统的手术治疗比较，具有创伤小、易于操作、立即有效、费用低等优点。而且目前使用的可吸收生物降解式支架具有组织相容性好、炎症反应少等优点。前列腺支架疗效是确切的，而且非常适合治疗体弱而无法承受手术打击的老人。

Application of prostate scaffold in treating prostatic hyperplasia

Pubmed Database and Foreign Full-text Journal Database were undertaken to search for articles on the application of prostate scaffold. This study aimed to investigate the application of prostate scaffold for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia. We confirmed that prostate resection via urethra is still the gold standard for treating prostatic hyperplasia. However, the operation can induce many complications. Prostate scaffold has been determined as one of ideal therapeutic methods to treat prostatic hyperplasia, because the scaffold is safe and effective. Compared to traditional surgeries, it is characterized by low trauma, easy to operate, immediately effective and low cost. Moreover, presently used biodegradable scaffold has advantages of good histocompatibility and low inflammatory reaction. Curative effect of the prostate scaffold is exact and extremely suitable for the weak elder, who cannot withstand the operation impact.
