| 摘 要： | 目的:报道5例双侧肾细胞癌的诊治经验,结合文献对双侧肾细胞癌的诊治进行初步探讨.方法:5例肾细胞癌患者,经B-US、CT、MRI诊断,并行肾根治术、部分切除术或肿瘤剜除术.结果:病理检查直径1cm以上肿瘤14处,4例10处为透明细胞癌,1例4处为颗粒细胞癌,其中3例2处,2例4处.同时发病3例,非同时发病2例(相隔6～13年).2例在检查过程及手术中有漏诊.结论:双侧肾细胞癌并非罕见,对双侧肾细胞癌患者,宜根据情况选择患侧肾根治术、部分切除术或肿瘤剜除术,以求保留一定的肾功能.
