Abstract: | Breast cancer (BC)is the most common malignant tumor in women. Around 50% of BC receptor-positive patients are hormone-dependent cases, and it is necessary for them to use endocrine after operation. Through inhibition of estrogen level the target of BC cell growth is reached. Hot flashes and night revival are the symptoms often seen in BC patients after endocrine therapy. The concomitance of persistent hot flashes with endocrine therapy for 2-5 years impairs the quality of life (QOL) in BC patients greatly. |
