摘    要:本文用体视学从二维切片估计三维图象的方法,对大鼠淋巴细胞粘附于主动脉内皮细胞的过程进行了初步研究。实验表明,胸腺和肠系膜淋巴结的淋巴细胞中均含有一定数量的粘附细胞。粘附在受淋巴结浸出液刺激的内皮细胞上的细胞数量明显增多。有丝分裂原ConA、PWM和LPS在不同程度上能够促进胸腺或肠系膜淋巴结细胞对主动脉内皮细胞的粘附,其中ConA和PWM作用较强。一定剂量的秋水仙胺可部分抑制肠系膜淋巴结细胞对主动脉内皮细胞的粘附。

Abstract:The adherence of the rat lymphocytes to the aortic endothelial cells has been investigated with the sterology methods utilizing the two dimension slices to evaluate the three dimensional images. From our observations, some of the thymus and mesenteric lymph node cells had the ability of adhesion, especially adhering to those endothelial cells stimulated by the extracts of lymph nodes, The mitogens Con A, PWM and LPS could promote the adherence of the lymphocytes t0 the aortic endothelial cells. The effects of PWM and Con A were more pronounced than that of LPS. But, in a certain dosage, colcemide could partially suppressed the adhesion of the normal or the PWM-treated lymphocytes of the mesenteric lymph nodes to the aortic endothelial cells.
