肺炎支(衣)原体肺炎引起的多系统损伤290例临床分析

目的:总结肺炎支(衣)原体肺炎中有多系统损伤的临床表现及临床特点。方法:回顾性分析290例肺炎支(衣)原体肺炎多系统损伤的临床资料。结果:290例肺炎支(衣)原体肺炎肺外表现有心血管系统、神经系统、血液系统、消化系统、支气管哮喘、全身感染、肾脏、皮肤等损害。其中川崎病和传染性单核细胞增多症文献未见报道,值得重视。本组病例经抗支(衣)原体及相应的综合治疗均治愈/好转。结论:肺炎支(衣)原体肺炎可并发其它组织器官病变,提示临床工作者在治疗呼吸道感染合并其它脏器损害时,要考虑肺炎支(衣)原体感染的可能,同时MP-IgM/CP-IgM阳性患儿应该注意多系统损害,以避免漏诊、误诊。

Clinical Analysis on Multi-system Injuries Caused by 290 Cases Mycoplasma Pneumonia and Chlamydia Pneumonia

Objective: To generalize the clinical manifestations and clinical characteristics of mycoplasma pneumonia and chlamydia pneumonia on multi-system injuries.Method: Retrospectively analyzing of clinical materials of 290 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia and chlamydia pneumonia on multi-system injuries.Result:290 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia and chlamydia pneumonia have extra-pulmonary symptoms of damages on cardiovascular system,nervous system,blood system,the digestive system,bronchial asthma,systemic infection,kidney,skin and others.It's deserved to notice that Kawasaki disease and infectious mononucleosis have not been reported in the literature.With the anti-mycoplasma and anti-chlamydia of appropriate comprehensive treatment,the patients were cured or on the mend.Conclusion: Mycoplasma pneumonia and chlamydia pneumonia can be complicated by other organs pathological changes.It's suggested that clinical workers, who in the treatment of respiratory tract infections merger other organ damage, consider the possibility of mycoplasma pneumonia and chlamydia infection and pay more attention to multi-system damage in positive patients of MP-lgM / CP-lgM. Consider completely is to avoid misdiagnosing and missed-diagnosing.
