心脏增大临床常用诊断方法比较

本文以220例先心病和风心病术中发现的心脏房或室增大的所见为基础,与术前心电图、胸部 x 光片及二维超声心动图的结果进行对照结果:超声心动图对左室增大诊断正确率最好为92.3%;胸片对右室增大诊断正确率最好为83.6%;两者对左房增大诊断正确率相近,分别为86.4%及86.8%。三种方法对右房增大诊断正确率均在75.2%以下。而心电图是三种方法诊断房室增大比较最不敏感者。

Comparison of routine clinical diagnostic method to Cardiomegaly

This paper compared electrocardiographic,radiographic and two-D echocardio-graphic findings of 220cases of auricular and ventricular dilatation due to congenitaland rhematic heart diseases in preoperation and perioperation.It was found thatexpected accuracy rat of echocardiogram for left ventricular dilatation was the hei-ghest,92.3% While expected accuracy rat of thoracic X-ray film for right ven-tricular was the highest,83.6%;that of both for left auricular dilatation wereapproximated,86.4% andd 86.8%;respectively,that of three methods for rightauricular dilatation were equal,under 75.2%,The susceptibility of ECG for aur-iculoventricnlar was the most poor among three examination methods.
