家庭康复护理干预对脑梗死偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响

目的 探讨家庭康复护理干预对脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能及日常生活能力(ADL)的影响.方法 将80例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给常规出院康复指导,出院后不给任何护理干预.观察组在此基础上,给予系统的家庭康复护理干预,于出院时和8周后对两组患者的康复效果进行比较.结果 出院8周后观察组上下肢肌力和生活能力(ADL)与对照组、与出院时比较均有显著提高(P＜0.01).结论 系统化的家庭康复护理干预能最大限度地恢复瘫痪肢体运动功能及日常生活自理能力.

The effect of home-based rehabilitation nursing intervention on the influence of functional recovery of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effect of home-based rehabilitation nursing intervention on the influence of motor function and activity of daily living (ADL) in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction were divided into observation and control groups randomly, each group had 40 cases.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation when leaving hospital and none after leaving hospital, The observation group was given system home-based rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the control group.And the effect of rehabilitation in the two groups when leaving hospital and after 8 weeks were compared.Results Compared with those in control group when leaving hospital, the four limbs muscle strength and the activity of dally living (ADL) were significantly increased in observation group after leaving hospital 8 weeks (P ＜ 0.01) .Conclusions System home-based rehabilitation nursing interventions can maximum restore the paralyzed limb motor function and the activity of daily living.
