摘    要:目的:研究乳安颗粒剂制备工艺.优选最佳提取工艺条件。方法:采用HPLC法,以淫羊藿苷为检测指标.用正交试验考察了4种因素(加水量、煎煮时问、煎煮次数、浸泡时间)对其含量的影响。结果:乳安颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水.煎煮1h.煎煮3次。结论:制备工艺合理。

Abstract:Objective: To study the extracting technology condition of Ru-an granules. Methods: Icariin as index, HPLC was applied with, and orth ogonal test method was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors ( the amount of water, the extracting time, the number of times, the soaking time) on extracting rate of Ru-an granules. Results: The optimum condition of Ru-an granules were:ten times of water, extracting one hour and three times. Conclusion: The process is reasonable and favorable for in dustrial production.
