| 摘 要： | 目的观察普济痔疮栓治疗痔病合并便秘的疗效。方法将124例痔病患者按数字随机法分为两组，每组各62例。治疗组采用普济痔疮栓直肠内给药；对照组采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏肛内用药。结果用药14d，治疗组总有效率为92．0％，对照组总有效率为87．1％。对便秘症状的改善，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论普济痔疮栓治疗痔患者，具有明显疗效，且对便秘症状有一定的改善作用。
