摘    要:目的观察早期康复指导结合健康教育对高龄患者全髋关节置换术后康复效果的影响。方法60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者给予骨科常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行早期康复指导和健康教育。不同时间点比较两组的Harris髋关节评分、日常生活能力评分和术后并发症发生情况。结果术前1周观察组与对照组的Harris髋关节评分、日常生活能力评分无差异(P〉0.05),术后2周、术后3个月、6个月、1年的评分均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论对THR患者进行早期康复指导及健康教育能有效提高高龄患者的关节功能及自护能力,使其尽早康复。

Abstract:Objective To observe effects of health education on senile patients with early rehabilitation guidance after total hip replacement. Methods All 60 patients were randomly divided into control group ( 30 ) received with usual care in orthopedics, and observation group ( 30 ) on the basis of control group received early rehabilitation guidance and health education. Harris hip score, daily living scores and postoperative complications of two groups were compared at different time points. Results There were no difference between observation group and control group before one week operation in Harris hip score, daily living scores (P 〉 0. 05 ), and the scores were higher than that of control group 2 weeks, 3 months,6 months, 1 year after operation (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Early rehabilitation guidance on patients with THR and health education could improve joint function and self-care ability in elderly patients, and promote their rehabilitation as soon as possible.
