| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌放疗患者预防和减轻其毒副反应的护理方式。方法对51例确诊食管癌放疗患者，给予心理护理和健康教育，严格观察不良反应，及时做出处理和相应的护理措施。结果5l例接受放疗的患者，顺利完成放疗，未发生严重并发症。结论放疗是治疗食管癌的有效手段，配合切实可行的护理措施，即可保证放疗的顺利完成。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore patients with esophageal cancer prevention and reduce its radiation the reaction and toxicity of the nursing mode. Methods All 51 cases diagnosed in patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy, given psychological care and health education, and strictly observe adverse reaction, make timely processing and corresponding nursing measures. Results All 51 cases accepted radiotherapy patients, smooth completion of radiotherapy, did not happen serious complications. Conclusion Radiotherapy are effective means of esophageal cancer, cooperate viable nursing measures, will ensure radiation smoothly. |
