江山市老年人口腔患病现状及健康行为研究

目的了解我市老年人的口腔疾病患病现状。方法对473名老年人进行调查，对农村和城镇老人口腔患病状况和口腔健康行为进行比较。结果城镇老年人龋齿、牙结石、楔形齿、牙周病、口腔黏膜病等发病率显著低于农村老年人（P〈O．05）；城镇老人的每天刷牙、常吃甜点和糖果、使用含氟牙膏、有饭后漱口习惯、定期去做口腔检查等行为明显好于农村老人（P〈0．05）。结论加强对农村老人口腔健康宣教，促进其养成口腔健康行为习惯，提高其口腔健康水平。

Research on the Oral Cavity Health and Behaviors of Elderly in Jiangshan City

Objective To investigate the oral cavity health of elderly.Methods Compared the oral cavity health and behaviors between rural residents and urban residents.Results The percentages of caries,dental calculus,chisel teeth,periodontal disease and oral mucosal disease were lower in urban(P<0.05).The behaviors of urban residents were better than rural residents(P<0.05).Conclusion We should try to improve the health education about the oral cavity health and the cavity health level of rural elderly residents.
