健康教育在产科护理中的应用与临床评价

目的结合临床实践经验探讨健康教育对产妇身心健康的影响。方法选取60例产妇为研究对象，经患者知情同意，分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组产妇在对照组的基础上给予健康教育。观察比较两组产妇的各项情况，评价健康教育的应用价值。运用SPSSl3．0统计软件进行统计分析。结果两组产妇各项指标比较，观察组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组产妇的心理状况评定比较结果显示，观察组抑郁症的发生情况明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）o结论本研究结果提示健康教育对产妇的康复有明显的效果及临床应用价值。

Application and Clinical Evaluation of Health Education in Obstetric Care

Objective To explore the impact on health education in maternity care with clinical practice experience. Methods All 60 cases were randomly divided into control group （n=30） received conventional care and observation group （ n=30 ） received health education on the basis of control group. By observing and comparing the index of two groups, the application value of health education were evaluated and the data was analyzed by SPSS13.0 software. Results The index of observation group was better than that of control group. There was a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Assessment of maternal psychological state showed that postpartum depression incidence in observation group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect and clinical application of health education could be helpful for puerperal women to recovery better.
