晚期早产儿活动睡眠期脑电图特点

摘    要:目的探讨晚期早产儿活动睡眠期脑电图特点。方法对75例晚期早产儿脑电图进行回顾性分析。结果晚期早产儿活动睡眠期的脑电图以混合波为主;特征性波形8刷在活动睡眠期34、35周出现次数较多,34周时主要位于枕颞区,枕区最多,35周时均在枕区;一过性尖波大区分出现在额顶区,其中额区最多,枕区及颞区散发,频率主要为4~8Hz,并且随着年龄的增加,波幅逐渐下降。结论晚期早产儿活动睡眠脑电图特点,对临床判断早产JLfl~i功能状态及发育成熟水平提供了一定依据。

Abstract:Objective To explore the EEG features of normal active sleep in late premature infants. Methods The electroencephalograms at active sleep of 75 neurologically normal premature infants recorded at a conceptional age(CA) of 34 - 36 weeks have been analyzed retrospectively. Results The results showed that the background activities were mixed frequency tracings. On the other hand, EEG features: (1) Telte brnshs occurred in the temporal and occipital a(eas as of 34 weeks with occipital areas only in 35 weeks. 2) Sharp transient patterns (mainly 4 - 8Hz) were largely seen in the frontal or~entral lacations with occasional appearenced in occipital or temporal regions,with the amplitude decreased as the aconceptional age increased. Conclusion It clarified the active sleep EEG criterias in normal late preterm infants,providing a basis for the development of brain function diagnosis.
