| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超在肝脏血管瘤的诊断应用价值。方法2008年1月～2010年12月120例肝内血管瘤患者采用GELOGLQ73．5C腹部探头，探头频率为3．5mHz检查，同时应用BrightspeedeliteGEl6层CT检查肝脏。结果肝脏血管瘤超声的图像特征：强回声型90例（75．00％），弱回声型17例（14．17％）、混合回声型13例（10．83％）。CT对肝脏血管瘤诊断特异性87．50％高于B超检查的66．67％（P〈0．05）；CT诊断敏感性98．21％、准确率97．50％虽然也高于B超检查的96．40％、94．17％，但经统计学处理无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论超声检查对肝血管瘤的高准确率及敏感性使其成为检出肝血管瘤的首选方法。
