| 摘 要： | 目的观察美沙拉嗪联合益生菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，进一步为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法将我院自2009年1月～2011年1月收治的76例确诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为联合组（美沙拉嗪联合益生菌治疗＋常规治疗）和对照组（常规治疗）各38例，比较分析治疗后两组患者的疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗4周后，根据疗效标准显示，联合组的总有效率达94．74％以上，对照组的有效率达78．95％，两组总有效率经x‘检验处理，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗前后肝肾功能均未见明显异常。结论美沙拉嗪联合益生菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切，不良反应少，值得临床推广和应用。
