脑卒中抑郁状态患者抗抑郁治疗对神经功能康复的影响

目的探讨抑郁治疗干预对急性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损康复的影响。方法93例脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）患者随机分为心理治疗组，综合治疗组及药物治疗组，均接受康复治疗，各组分别给予心理治疗及药物治疗，比较各组康复过程HRDS、NIHSS、ADL评分变化。结果康复治疗2周后，综合治疗组及药物治疗组NIHSS、HRDS评分低于心理治疗组、ADL评分高于心理治疗组，治疗4周后，综合治疗组NIHSS及HRDS评分低于药物治疗组及心理治疗组，ADL评分高于药物治疗组及心理治疗组。结论综合治疗模式能够有效改善PSD患者的抑郁心理，有利于神经功能康复。
