| 摘 要： | 目的探讨准确检测幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的最佳方法。方法选择2009年9月1日～11月30日我院收治的360例消化道疾病患者，选用两种不同的Hp试剂盒分别对患者进行检测，并对比患者的血清中Hp抗体、UreA、UreB、CagA和VacA等指标数据，依此判断幽门螺杆菌类型和患病程度。结果根据检测结果相比较，Hp血清试剂盒在尿素酶UreA（92．0％）、UreB（92．5％）和细胞相关蛋白CagA（98．3％）、VacA（87．8％）等指标检测符合率高于Hp试剂盒检测结果并且UreA、UreB、VacA具有统计学意义。结论Hp血清抗体试剂盒检测方法既能诊断幽门螺杆菌是否感染，又能检测患者所感染幽门螺杆菌菌株的毒力，优于Hp试剂盒检测效果。
