| 摘 要： | 目的 阐述肿瘤血瘀证与纤维蛋白原 (Fng)的关系 ,进一步探讨肿瘤血瘀证的实质及活血化瘀治则的临床应用。方法 采用比浊法测定 77例原发性肺癌患者Fng含量 ,其中肺癌组 (未转移者 ) 5 0例 ,转移组 2 7例和健康人对照组 2 0例 ,并按中医辨证标准予以分型。结果 肺癌组、转移组较对照组Fng含量有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,且转移组与肺癌组也有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;中医辨证分型中具有血瘀证特征者 ,Fng含量增高尤其突出 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 高纤维蛋白原血症加剧肿瘤血瘀证 ,而肿瘤血瘀证的实质是血液凝固—纤溶—血小板功能紊乱。活血化瘀贯穿于中医治疗肿瘤的始终 ,在此基础上 ,根据辨证和病程辅以其它治则。
