老年性鼻出血68例临床分析

目的探讨分析老年性鼻出血的临床特点。方法在检索国内外文献的基础上,对68例60岁以上老年性鼻出血的发病原因、出血部位及治疗方法加以分析。结果老年性鼻出血发病原因以高血压动脉硬化为主（占67.65%）;鼻腔后部出血比例数增多,出血量多且凶猛;治疗上主要采用前后鼻孔填塞,其中单纯前鼻孔填塞32例（占47.06%）,单纯后鼻孔填塞12例（占17.65%）,前后鼻孔同时填塞16例（占23.53%）。结论老年人血管收缩能力及黏膜再生修复能力差,需适当延长鼻腔填塞时间,同时应配合积极的精神安慰治疗及适当的降压治疗。

Clinical analysis of epistaxis in 68 cases of senile patients

Objective Discussion and Analysis of the clinical features senile epistaxis.Methods After reviewing the domestic and foreign literature,the etiology,the position and the treatment in 68 cases of senile patients with epistaxis were analyzed. Results The results indicated：hypertensive aiterioselerosis are main cause of aged men＇s epiepistaxis （67.65%）.The ratio of bleeding from posterior parts of nose is increasing and the bleeding is often more vigrous.Packing nose is the main merhod of treatment.The single anterior packing was 32 cases（47.06%）.The single posterior packing 12 cases（17.65%）.The anterior together with posterior packing was 16 cases（23.53%）.Conclusion The article also suggested that packing time must be longer because of lower ability of blood vessels constriction and mucosal repairing in aged men and emphasized the importance of mental treatment and fitly decreasing hypertension.
