支气管哮喘患儿血浆中IL-9的检测及临床意义

摘    要:目的检测支气管哮喘患儿血浆中白细胞介素-9(IL-9)的水平,探讨IL-9在支气管哮喘发生发展中的意义。方法收集支气管哮喘患儿和健康对照外周血标本。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血浆中IL-9和总IgE浓度。结果支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血浆IL-9水平高于健康对照组(P0.05),而临床缓解组和健康对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿血浆IL-9水平与总IgE浓度呈正相关。结论支气管哮喘患儿血浆中IL-9水平升高,与疾病的发生发展关系密切。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the level of the plasma IL-9 in children with bronchial asthma.Methods The concentrations of plasma IL-9 and total IgE were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in bronchial asthma and healthy control volunteers.Results The IL-9 concentrations in the group of children with bronchial asthma without treatment were markedly higher than that in the healthy controls(P0.05),but there were no significant differences between the groups of bronchial asthma in clinical remission and healthy controls(P0.05).Furthermore,the result showed the positively correlation between IL-9 and total IgE in untreated asthma bronchial patients.Conclusion IL-9 is higher in children with bronchial asthma without treatment,which suggesting that IL-9 might be involved in the pathological process of bronchial asthma.
