癌胚抗原和β—2微球蛋白联合测定在监测大肠癌术后复发的意义

为考察癌胚抗原（CEA）和β-2微球蛋白（β-2M）联合测定在监测大肠癌术后复发的意义。对110例大肠癌根治术后的患者定期测定CEA和β-2M，在此期间，有21例复发，其中局部复发9例，肝、肺转移9例，其他部位转移3例。CEA阳性阈值为10mg／L，β-2M为2．2mg／L。CEA敏感性为47．6％，特异性92．1％，β-2M敏感性为42．9％，特异性66．3％，CEA和β-2M联合检测，其敏感性为57．1％，CEA和β-2M在肝、肺转移的患者中敏感性较高，分别为77．8％和66．7％。提示CEA和β-2M至少能监测50％以上的术后复发的大肠癌患者，对肝肺转移敏感性高。

The role of CEA and fyZM in detecting recurrence following on-rative resection for colorectal cancer

The sensitivity and specificity of CEA were47. 6% and 92. 1 %; (hherwise, the &2M were 42. 9% and 66. 3%, respectively, the Sensitivity of CEAin combination with &2M was b7. I %. Furthermore, We found that both CEA and aZM were always elevated in patients with liver or lung metastasis. The Sensitivity of CEA or aZM in these patients were77' 8% and 66. 7%, respectively. This data suggest that CEA with aZM can detect More than 50 percentrecurrence in patients with colorectal cancer especially, the patients with live or lung metatasis.
