调和油对大鼠血脂及脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:目的为改善人群油脂营养提供科学依据。方法30只SD系雄性大鼠随机分为3组,分别给予基础饲料、含12%猪油饲料及含12%调和油(主要由豆油和菜油调制而成)饲料喂饲21d。结果猪油组(阳性对照)大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清TC/HDLc及血清脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)水平均显著高于基础组(阴性对照,P<0.05);调和油组血清TC、甘油三酯(TG)及MDA水平均显著低于猪油组(P<0.05);调和油组血清TG显著低于基础组(P<0.05)。结论调和油可以作为比较理想的食用油。

Abstract:Objective This paper was intended to provide scientific foundation for improving population nutrition of lipids. Methods 30 male rats(SD strain) were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed with basic diet,semisynthetic diets containing 12%lard or blent oil(mainly composed of soybean oil and rape-seed oil)respectively. Results After rats were fed for 21 days,the levels of serum TC, TC/HDLc and lipid peroxidation products(MDA)in the lard feeding group(positive control)were significantly higher than those in the basic diet feeding group(negative control,P<0.05);the levels of serum TC,TG and MDA in the blent oil group were markedly lower than those in the lard feeding group(P<0. 05 );the level of serum TG in the blend oil group was obviously lower than that in control(P<0.05). Conclusions The blend oil could be used as a kind of fairly ideal edible oils.
