我国少数民族高血压的研究进展

中国有众多少数民族,对少数民族地区进行许多流行病学调查表明,各民族人群高血压患病率和血压水平不同。随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,各民族高血压患病率总体有上升趋势。虽然目前引起高血压病确切的病因和发病机制未完全清楚,但高血压患病可能与地理环境、年龄、摄入盐过多、吸烟、饮酒及遗传因素等有关。了解各少数民族高血压患病情况及影响因素对制定正确的防治措施有很大帮助。

Study Progress of Hypertension in Minority Ethnic Groups in China

There are numerous minority ethnic groups in our country.Many epidemiological studies carried out in national minority of China these years showed that the prevalence rates of hypertension and the levels of blood pressure were different among them,With social development and the improvement of living standard,the prevalence rates of hypertension in ethnic groups was increasing in general.Although the exact causes and mechanisms of hypertension is not known,it might be related to geographical surrounding,age,excessive sodium-intaking,smoking,drinking,and genetic factors etc.Knowing the prevalence of hypertension and risk factors in minority ethnic groups will be helpful for us to design preventive and therapeutic methods correctly.
