| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年下肢动脉疾病踝臂指数与血清胆红素的关系。方法：将85例老年患者按照踝臂指数的不同，分为两组：A组为下肢动脉疾病组35例，B组为非下肢动脉疾病组50例，分别测定血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素水平及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块程度。结果：随着踝臂指数（ABI）值升高，血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素水平升高，A组〈B组（P〈0．01），颈动脉粥样硬化斑块分级程度降低，A组〉B组（P〈0．01）。结论：老年下肢动脉疾病患者ABI降低、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块程度增加与血清胆红素水平降低有关．血清胆红素具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。
