玻璃酸钠在膝关节退行性病变中的临床应用

目的 :观察玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节疾病的疗效。方法 :通过对 6 1例膝关节患者关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠 ,观察患者在治疗中临床表现改善状况及药物安全度、评价等。结果 :玻璃酸钠对早中期骨性关节炎有良好的作用 ,对晚期骨性关节炎也有一定的疗效 ,对创伤性关节炎、滑膜炎患者疗效肯定 ,尤其对干燥综合症疗效明确。结论 :玻璃酸钠是一种安全、有效、无毒副作用的药物

The study on the action of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthrosis

Objective:Sodium hyalurnate could be used as a medicament.In this study,the therapeutic action of sodium hyaluronate on knee arthrosis was investigated.Methods:The sodium hyaluronate was investigated into the articular cavity of knee joint in sixty-one patients(each 20 mg,once a week,3-5 times in all),to examinethe clinical curative effect and the safety degree by observing the remission of patient′s symptom(in 8 weeks).Results:It was found that:sodium hyaluronate had significant therapeutic action on osteoarthrosis,especially at early and middle stage.It also had certain remedy for osteoarthrosis at later stage.It also demonstrated a positive therapeutic action to traumatic arthritis and synovitis,especially to siccative syndrone.Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate in a safty and effective medicament and it have not showed any side effect.
