| 摘 要： | 老年恶性肿瘤患者往往合并多种疾病,而且老年人各种生理功能减弱,耐受肿瘤治疗的能力也降低,对老年肿瘤患者治疗时,一定要充分考虑老年人的生理特点,应酌减放化疗剂量,祛邪和扶正原则贯穿于肿瘤治疗的全过程,缓解症状、提高生活质量、延长生存时间是老年肿瘤患者治疗的关键所在。

| Abstract: | The senior patients with malignant tumor always have other various diseases.Since the physiological functions of senior patients are weak,the tolerances for cancer treatment are reduced.In the treatment,the physiological characteristics of senior patients should be well considered.So the dosage of drugs used in chemotherapy should be decreased.The principle of strengthening vital Qi for eliminating pathogenic factors should be used in the whole treatment.Improving clinical symptom and survival quality as well as prolonging patients' survival time are the key points in the therapy for senior patients with malignant tumor. |
